Here we see level 2, the first of the 3D isometric levels. Your goal here is to blow out the targets on the wall, which will make the wall explode so you can advance further. In your way are enemies that leap out from the left and right side firing at you, as well as turrets on the wall and the occasional row of barrels that roll out of slots on the wall. I suggest taking out the turrets before you blow out the targets. At the end of the gauntlet we find a bigger target that takes more hits than the other ones, and is also guarded much better. I forgot to get some snaps of the boss, refer to the level 4 boss for a good estimation of what the level 2 looks like, and look in the tricks of the trade section for strategies to beat him.
